I wish if I read all this reviews about this place before I purchased the vehicle, share my experiencemy experience so I can see a lot of people from falling on the hole 1- fees are very aggressive super high 2-lying on descriptions pictures doesn’t show you the bad stuff 3-their height, lots of rules and regulations you should know before you make your bid 4-they force you to take their expensive shipping because you’re not allowed to go pick your own vehicle from the yard That will be my first time and last time using this place ….Thank you for your reply Please allow me to come in in one of your replies part ((4. Regarding picking up the vehicle, you are wrong. You are allowed to pick up the vehicle from the yard after payment is made. There are no restrictions for you in this matter. We would appreciate it if you leave an honest and accurate review. Thank you)) After I made up my payment, I talk to one of your team to get an idea when I’m gonna pick it up and how he told me you cannot pick it up yourself because you’re not allowed to drive in the lot and you have to hire a professional who is a tow truck to take it out of the yard you put me in no options here. I don’t know how much this professional will cost me to bring the car outside the yard so I found out you push me to take the shipping option. That’s why I get super mad because I don’t have to pay $570 for a shipping while I can pick it up myself thank you but I’m not happy with your service.

I like their website, I like their quick responses, and I really like the huge selection of bikes. I tried other brokers before, but the customer service here is on a different level.

I’m writing this review because at first I wasn’t sure if this broker was reliable, and I was looking for real information about them. Now you can use my experience - excellent service, I will continue to use it in the future. Seamless transaction, and prompt assistance when DMV was kicking back our title paperwork.

Bought my 2 cars using their cars4bid platform, only good vibes, good service, thank you guys. At first, I didn’t really understand how everything works, but they have a free course that explains everything about buying at Copart. I learned how to choose good cars and now I can spot scams at the auction. Guys, honestly, you could charge money for this course, haha.

I recently bought a car through their auction site and it was amazing they kept in touch with me through out all of the process and the car was delivered in described condition. I received my title in 8 days. Before this, I bought through another broker and had to wait 30 days for the title. Of course, next time I will choose cars4bid again
