I had rented the car through Easy Jet, it seemed logical, however once at the Europcar check in I discovered there was a €100 deposit for fuel, but even worse the 3rd party insurance they had sold me did not fully cover, and they required either a €500 deposit that would be taken off my card or to pay an additional €78 to correctly cover the insurance. No choice really! So €78 down, and I got to the car, which was in quite a dark park, and on leaving the airport with the sun shining found out how dirty the windows were, and once I could get to a service station was able to inspect the car properly, which was filthy inside and out, and had quite a lot of body work damage. Rent through EJ at your peril

Attention à l'ARNAQUE Easyjet sur la location de voiture. Easyjet impose une carte de "Crédit" pour que le loueur encaisse une franchise lors du retrait or en France nous avons principalement des cartes de débit que nous appelons carte de crédit par abus de langage. Du coup, pas de possibilité de récupérer la voiture louée. Les termes de résiliation Easyjet sont rédigés à leur avantage donc pour éviter de vous faire arnaquer, privilégiez un autre mode de location de voiture.

Même expérience que les autres, c’est une grosse arnaque. On vous fait croire que on loue une voiture pour quelques jours et en fait c’est juste une réservation. Quand on arrive pour retirer la voiture on vous demande 160 € de plus pour huit jours Et c’était impossible de faire le remboursement des frais engagés sur le site

These are absolutely scammers they did not provide me car and said its not available and even not informed me that we cannot give you car due to any reason before my arrival or booking date. When I asked him refund they said refund is not in our POLICY. Never Ever book car rental by Easyjet NEVER EVER!!!!!!!!!

J'ai loué une voiture via easyJet la compagnie était budget. Au moment du retrait de la voiture on m'annonce que ma carte bleue est une carte de débit et non de crédit donc refus total de me donner la voiture je propose une seconde carte bleue celle-ci est une carte de crédit refus total c'est pas le bon nom qui a sur la carte bleue c'est mon nom de jeune fille et non mon nom d'épouse avec lequel j'ai loué la voiture budget prétend que ma première carte bleue n'avait pas les fonds disponibles or j'ai un plafond sur ma carte de débit donc ma première carte n'a pas voulu passer ils ont même pas tenté ma carte de crédit qui n'était pas au bon nom bien sûr. Ne louez jamais jamais avec Easyjet je me suis fait enfler de 160 €. Budget Marrakech a menti en prétendant que j'ai pas donné d'autres cartes bleues. J'ai essayé à plusieurs reprises d'envoyer les documents demander à car rent easyJet, même là on me dit que c'est pas possible d'envoyer des documents sur leur boîte mail fuyez le plus vite possible de location de voiture easyjet. Got to the desk, only handed over my license and DVLA code. Was refused the car and they couldn't tell me why, apart from the fact it was a pre-determined decision. Despite the fact it was pre-determined, I was still sent all of the information to go about picking it up. Ended up having to go elsewhere and paying even more money for a different rental. Was specifically told by the lady on the desk that 'we can get you a refund on this'. Opened a case to then be told I would in fact not be seeing any of my money back- not even anything from the insurance that I had decided to pay extra on and not just the regular policy. I still have yet to be told why I failed a security check. The so called customer care emails are also impossible to reply to.

Shocking service - I was misonformed about booking a roof rack. When I got to the airport termainl I was informed that it was not an option. Trip ruined as I couldnt transport my equipment safely. AVOID!!!!
