Booked the car at 13:30 for collection tomorrow. Got an email saying they are working on confirming the car for me. 99% of the time this is resolved, should it not be they will sort another car for me. 22:30 at night I thought I’d ring them. Apparently the high company don’t have a car ‘oh right, well thanks for letting me know’ *irony* asked if they were going to sort a car for me as promised. Apparently not, but he was very sorry. Cheers bud your apologies aren’t really going to transport me about are they. Avoid

Gerne möchte ich "0" Sterne für meine Erfahrung mit easyJet car rental vergeben. Aufgrund von PIN Problemen unserer Kreditkarte am Schalter der Mietwagenagentur in Olbia, wurde uns das vorab bereits gezahlte Auto nicht ausgehändigt. Die Mietagentur "noleggiare" sagte uns, wir hätten ja schließlich bei easyJet gebucht und sollten uns bezüglich unseres Geldes mit ihnen in Verbindung setzen. Wir kriegen das gebuchte Auto nicht und sollten uns doch bitte vom Schalter entfernen. Um vom Flughafen wegzukommen, buchten wir ein erneutes Auto bei einer anderen lokalen Autovermietung vor Ort am Flughafen ohne Probleme mit unserer besagten Kreditkarte. Schon komisch, dass hier einfach unsere Kreditkarte funktionierte. Bei Fallschilderung mit easyJet, wurde uns gesagt, dass sie nichts machen könnten, da sie nur die Geschäftsbedingungen der Mietagentur beachten würden... Geld haben wir nie zurück bekommen. Eur 622,-- hat easy Jet einfach einbehalten.....reiner Betrug und der Kundenservice, wenn man dies überhaupt so nennen kann, ist darauf geschult, möglichst kein Geld an Kunden zurückgeben zu müssen.....Hände weg!!!!!!

1 star is misleading but it won't let me put zero. I booked a hire car at Bristol airport through easyjet car rental, I paid in advance, my trip date then changed. I was able to transfer the car rental to a different date. When I finished the actual trip I was charged the full amount with no adjustment for the original payment. I've sent so many emails about it and they just keep telling me it's right despite only giving me an invoice for £190 and I've paid £287. I've escalated it but they won't resolve. Worst customer service ever, just ignoring what I'm saying and not able to see why I'm not happy.

Arrivé pour prendre la voiture la dame refuse de débité ma carte bancaire cat elle n'est pas credit, alors quz j'avais augmenté le plafond de ma carte "débit" je le fais volé 328euro pour remplacer la caution je demande des explications aupres de vous on me dit vous avez souscrit une assurance supplémentaire. Ensuite J'ai payé 18 euro pour un abonnement péage qui était censé couvrir la totalité du séjour. Je me retrouve à payer avant mon départ 7euro24 qui équivaut aux nombres de passages. Que du vole que des magouille plis jamais je fais de location auprès de vous et je vais voir avec mon service juridique comment récupérer mon argent car vous êtes des malhonnête et des voleurs et comptez bien sur ma pub pour vous fuir

Their is no merit in flying with an airline staffed by the least educated ground staff following the most broken SOP possible. @easyjet #easyjet are misleading their customers in the worst way possible. They are extorting money from innocent mislead customer.

Ich möchte meine äußerst enttäuschenden Erfahrungen mit EasyJet Car und dem damit verbundenen Mietwagenanbieter teilen. Leider kann ich nur sagen, dass dies eine absolute Abzocke war und ich viel Geld verloren habe. Es fühlte sich an, als ob EasyJet Car und der Vermieter absichtlich ihre Kunden übervorteilen wollten. Die Kommunikation war mangelhaft und jegliches Entgegenkommen fehlte komplett. Als ich versuchte, Hilfe zu erhalten, stieß ich auf unkooperative Mitarbeiter, die sich nicht um eine faire Lösung bemühten. Es wurde kein Verständnis für die Situation gezeigt, und es war offensichtlich, dass die Bedingungen und ABGs (Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen) zu meinem Nachteil gestaltet waren.

Je trouve retour le 18 à Lyon et nous avons la réservation 14 août avion plus d 1 heure de retard. Vol EJU 4010 13 h25 Fatiguée à force d attendre debout. Je m assied. Mon petit fils faisant des allers retours pour constater la queue Nous nous présentons. Refus d embarquer car l hôtesse me montre l indication de fermeture des portes qui n à aucun sens cet horaire étant très dépassé et sa montre!! Je suis appareillée donc le micro de l aéroport n est qu un brouhaha s il y a eu appel Prix supplémentaire du vol du soir 258 euros. EJU 4827 Et retrait de 3, 50 euros en plus sur mon compte bancaire la semaine de mon retour J étais cliente depuis de nombreuses années mais je reste choquée par le comportement et la somme excessive demandée Une journée entière passée à Orly. Et arrivée avec plus d une heure de retard avec ce nouvel avion à Venise Retour à Lyon avec aussi plus d une heure de retard Je vais regarder les voyages en bus Voyage épuisant et sentiment d être uniquement un porte monnaie non considérée

Booked a hired car. A few days before I was told they don't have the car. Poor communication from easyjet days before due to fly. I arrived at destination expecting them to offer a solution since no contact via email. Price went from £17 per day to £600 for 5 days. I went with a local company in the end at destination that looks after it's customers, it was third of the price and customer service was incredible. Waiting time was 15 minutes from the moment I called them to the delivery of the car. Premium service at a third of the price.
