biggest scam yet - easyjet sells car rental in Hungary whilst they do not have any idea of the demographics . Budget is about 20 mins from Airport and no communication on how to get there ( some bus no one knows of) . and then ...once you get there by taxi...they are closed..surprise surprise ...money debited and well ...no car and stranded in middle of nowhere

EasyJet car rental Malaga Spain: uses Delpaso car rental. I had to pay additional €161 as on my creditcard (& all other bank cards) only initials + surname are mentioned and not all my first names. **Please note complete first names on creditcard are a requirement according to Easy Jet conditions.** More people had this problem and for me it is clear that there is a business model behind this (malpractice). Experience with easyjet costomer service was very bad, when you finally reach them they provide no service at all. Next time I will use Sunnycars, they are great & no hidden/additional costs.

A fuir ! Belle arnaque !

I booked my rental car via easyJet when I made my flight booking assuming they would only deal through reputable companies. My rental was through Goldcar, and I was horrified to get a Euro 175 damage charge taken from my deposit when the car was handed back exactly as it was received. Subsequently I note from Which and Trust pilot that Goldcar are more or less a scam operator. So why on earth do easyJet use them?
