I have used easyJet car hire before but I will not do it again after the worst service I ever received from a company called USAVE at Catania airport all booked through easyJet. The person issuing the car refused to give me the car after a problem with my documents and then refused to make a switch to my partner as the driver despite me doing this the other way around with other companies - sometimes free and sometimes for a small charge. He claimed - falsely - that he couldn’t make a change to the booking despite then booking my partner to the same car at a full extra cost. The company then claimed that we had damaged the car on return despite the damaged area being marked on the pick up report. They then claimed that our full cover insurance had been booked through easyJet even though the bank statement shows it went to the company. EasyJet refused a refund for the car we didn’t get. Avoid this company USAVE and avoid booking hire cars through easyJet.

ATTENTION : Arnaque ! J’ai loué une voiture via EasyJet chez Green Motion (234 € payés à l’avance avec assurance). À l’arrivée, on me refuse la voiture parce que j’ai une Visa Débit (comme la majorité des Français) au lieu d’une carte crédit, sans que cela soit clairement indiqué lors de la réservation. On m’a forcée à payer 318€ qui été réduit à 258 € après négociation pour récupérer la voiture, sinon c’était sans voiture, sans remboursement. C’est du chantage pur. Résultat : location à près de 500 €, pour une voiture à moitié prix. Service malhonnête. À fuir absolument !

Terrible service. Car booked unavailable. Upgrades offered at between €20-€50 extra per day ! Would not give us a car for the price we had paid. Would not consider a refund when we made a complaint. Never again with Easyjet/Europcar. Pay a little extra with Hertz or some other company as with them you will get what you paid for, not be saddled with costs you did not expect, and will be treated with respect and courtesy ! It's so disappointing as we fly Easyjet regularly without problem so to find their car offering and service so bad is a real shame.

DO NOT HIRE A CAR EASYJET DRIVALIA. My car ran out of engine oil…..and 7 emails later still no apology or refund for the cost of oil.

Do not use Easy Jet car hire company Green Motion. They are a fraudulent operator who will charge for unseen damage on the underside of you car. Ryanair have already stopped using them and there are legal cases against them for fraud.

Same as everyone else. Flew into Milan / late as flight was delayed. To be sent round the houses to get car. It was italyrentcar- had to stand in line for an hour. Then the girl on the desk with real joy in her voice said. Your late - more than 59 mins so car hire cancelled. Not interested in helping - said no manager to talk to. No refund - just tough. Easy jet also not interested - I’m still trying to get £623 back that I had paid in full before the holiday. On the bright side. I booked a car with booking.com picked it up the next day. Staff were brilliant - car was good and it was slightly cheaper. I will never use easyJet car hire again.

Une belle arnaque organisée! Reservation voiture à palma de Majoruqe via Easy jet 120€ les 5 jours tout compris, on me demande de payer 390€ au retrait du véhicule en indiquant que c'est une caution qui sera remboursée en fait il n'en est rien. J'ai déclenché un SAV avec Easyjet qui me renvoi vers goldcar qui ne parle qu'espagnol et ne fait aucun effort... Fuyez ces escrocs!!!

Please anyone who reads this DO NOT give eazy jet any money for car hire. We have just had a delayed easyjet flight to kefalonia only to be told when we were 1.5 hours late to pick up the car that as we were a no show the booking had been cancelled and we were not entitiled to a refund. We were shouted at by the man in the 3rd party car hire place and when we called easyjet customer services the man said there is nothing we can do for you. So we had no car and no refund so can i once again say DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE BOOK CAR HIRE WITH SLEEZEJET
