Never book car hire from easyjet! Last month I booked our plane ticket and car rental from easyjet, including car insurance and paid for everything before hand expecting smooth transaction upon arrival. I am aware that there will be a deposit of £1500 upon car collection using your credit card. However, when we left the airport I found out I was charged nearly £1700! I was double charge for my rentals, fuels etc.! When we returned the car at Hertz in Belfast, we approached the staff about the said charges and to my dismay I was told that I only paid to the easyjet upon booking and not to them. It was only for easyjet commission after all! Such a HUGE SCAM! After 5 working days I got my £1500 deposit but not for double charges rentals. So, pls avoid!

Shame I cannot give ZERO stars. Your affiliate Green Motion is the worst car hire company I’ve used in 25 years. I was charged £250 for an alleged 1in scuff to an alloy wheel. This costs nothing to polish. Rough practices designed to exploit customers. Shame on you easyJet to partner with such dreadful companies

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK a car hire through easyJet. We were extremely disappointed to find that they had assumed out of our party who would be the driver of our vehicle despite the fact when we booked the car hire, they asked us who would be the main driver of the vehicle and we put all the information in, including his driving license. on arrival to pick our vehicle up we wasn’t allowed to collect the vehicle as the person they had put down as the main driver didn’t have a driving license. It was late when we arrived to collect our car so they were very rushed( gold car) to close so we had to leave and return the next day. Upon arriving the next day we were told we still couldn’t have our Car as it’s gone down as a no-show. To hire this vehicle cost us £369 we called easyJet to get this cleared up and sorted out they told us there was absolutely nothing they could do. We just have to lose the money. As you can imagine the disappointment and the stress at the beginning of our holiday at 11 o’clock at night was absolutely so disheartening to our entire family. Avoid booking a vehicle through EasyJet with gold Car at all costs.

Abbiamo noleggio una macchina direttamente dall' app ....per un errore di orario ci hanno lasciato a piedi e non solo nessun rimborso neanche per ritardo... Non c'è comunicativa con loro ... Ma delegano tutto alla compagnia di noleggio.... peggio ancora.. Lo sconsiglio vivamente.... Andate direttamente alle compagnia di noleggio.. Poco seri..

Avoid at All Costs – Goldcar Malaga & EasyJet Car Hire are a Disgrace We booked a premium car hire and full insurance through EasyJet, thinking it would be a smooth, stress-free start to our holiday. Instead, it turned into a masterclass in how to ruin a trip. After a full hour waiting to be served at Goldcar Malaga Airport, followed by another 45 minutes waiting for the car, we were aggressively informed by a rather rotund, confrontational employee that the insurance we bought via EasyJet was invalid. We were told we would need to pay an extra £456 (more than the original booking and insurance combined) or face a £3,000 excess. This is not a misunderstanding – it’s a blatant scam. Nearly every customer at the desk was being told the exact same thing. Goldcar’s bullying tactics and hidden charges are clearly routine. When we finally got the car, it was a wreck: the bumper was hanging off, it was in dreadful condition, and there was no one available to complain to. The complaints process is an impenetrable mess of email forms, clearly designed to make you give up. EasyJet should be ashamed to be partnered with such a company. Goldcar Malaga operates with zero professionalism, zero honesty, and total contempt for its customers. Be warned: If you value your holiday, your money, and your sanity, avoid Goldcar Malaga and EasyJet car hire entirely. You’ll be screamed at, fleeced, and handed a dangerously poor vehicle. Thanks, Goldcar Malaga – you turned what should have been a dream trip into a stressful, expensive nightmare.

Easyjet la peggior compagnia del mondo. Ho riservato il mio volo per le vacanze in famiglia e insieme al volo per la prima volta ho deciso di noleggiare un auto con Easyjet. Mi sono fidato. Una settimana prima di partire la mia prenotazione è stata cancellata. Cerco il voucher sulla mail e lo trovo annullato. Senza un motivo senza capire cosa sia successo. Appena arrivato all'aeroporto vado per ritirare la mia auto e la prenotazione era veramente cancellata.IT199030530. Insieme all'agenzia noleggio auto Recordgo , la compagnia che mi ha scelto Easyjet in partnership con Cartrawler , constatiamo che la prenotazione effettivamente non esiste più. Ho dovuto rifare un nuovo contratto e pagare di nuovo una grande cifra equivalente al mese di agosto per avere un auto degna di una vacanza. NON RISERVATE MAI AUTO CON EASYJET e CARTRAWLER. What a absolute joke so avoid!!! We hired a vehicle through easyJet when we booked our flights, just for the simplicity. We payed upfront for the car so we knew what we were paying for before we arrived at our destination. On arrival it was late and all we wanted was our rental car for our onward trip a few hours away. We were greeted by a very friendly gentleman who very quickly found our details. The car we booed they didn’t have so he offered us something similar which was fine. Then explains there was an extra £300 tax and a further £300 for refundable beposit so £1000 in total.Obviously not what we needed late at night with two shattered kids in toe. There was no warning of this and we feel completely tricked.
