Lost a screw out of the wallet. One email and replacement was on its way. Excellent customer service.

I want to give a special thank-you to Jess and the team at PROOF. The initials on my wallet weren’t quite the look I wanted, and Jess worked with me to adjust them. She sent me a preview, checked that I was happy with it, and arranged to have the initial plate remade and shipped. The replacement plate has arrived, and I love it. I appreciated the personal attention and the willingness to make it right. That kind of service deserves recognition. Thank you, Jess!

I have had my wallet for about 2 years. Can’t say enough good about the quality and functionality of my wallet! Super satisfied with my purchase! Thank you!

Initially, I was uncertain about this purchase. However, after receiving, and using my new wallet, I’m convinced that this is my all time favorite. I look forward to gifting a few to family and friends!

I don't normally write reviews like this, but this company deserves every word. A little over a year ago, alcohol had taken a great deal from me. I lost a supervisor position I had worked hard for and was proud of. I had spent years building my career, only to watch alcohol become more important than the things that truly mattered. On September 6, 2026, I celebrated one year of sobriety—one full year of fighting, learning, rebuilding, and becoming the man I want to be. To celebrate that milestone, I bought myself a wallet from Proof Wallets and had it engraved with my one-year sobriety date. It wasn't just another purchase. It was something I wanted to carry every day as a reminder of how far I've come and why I never want to go back. When the wallet arrived, I absolutely loved it—the quality, the craftsmanship, everything about it. I was already proud to support a veteran-run company. But then something happened that I never expected. Proof Wallets sent me an additional gift: a keychain holder featuring the AA circle and triangle symbol. I didn't ask for it, and I didn't expect it. I'm not going to lie—when I opened the package and realized what they had done, I got a little teary-eyed. I can only imagine that someone saw my engraving, understood what that date meant, and decided to do something special. To whoever made that decision, you have no idea how much that meant to me. Recovery isn't always easy. Some days are still a struggle. But moments like this remind me that there are good people in this world who care, even when they've never met you. You didn't just earn a lifelong customer. You gave a recovering alcoholic another reason to smile, another reason to be proud, and another reminder that the life I'm building today is worth every bit of the fight. I was already proud to support a company run by veterans. Today, I'm even prouder to support the people behind it. Proof Wallets, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You may have thought you were sending a small gift, but to me, it meant the world. God bless you all. And to anyone out there fighting their own battle with addiction, keep going. You never know when a little reminder of how far you've come will show up at your door. One day at a time. One year down. A lifetime worth fighting for. ❤️
