I'm a one truck one man company who mainly works with the same people I have for the 7 years I been on my own authority. Work was slow signed up on a load board worst decision I've been on there 28 day ran a few loads they seemed to disappear never got paid I had my DOT & MC number fraudulently used to book loads and now I guess I'm on carrier 411 I had no idea what they even were now I know how are you supposed to dispute what they say about you I don't have a fax machine and never got a email I know my info is correct on safer I don't think they look I called them they hung up blocked the number

Im having problems as well with this company. Any complaints need to be addressed to Florida's Department of Agriculture and consumer at 850- 410- 3800. They will direct you to a online complaint form which I can't list here because of the platforms policy. This form will give them consent to legally represent you. Also contact the FL governor's office by a written complaint. Pls do this so we can put a stop to this company. FMCSA is aware of this company and they do not provide carrier 411 with information like they claim they do. They are not regulated by FMCSA so they can't do anything. Contact the above stated agencies.

Whoever is all for a lawsuit reach out to me , this isn’t right, call me six seven eight three two zero eight six three eight, lets gather all up and file a lawsuit and take this scam ppl down already, they get the power knowing that truckers would not get together to do something but whine about it individually, again we all need to get together and get this down.

Have a friend with same problem. But since we're already here, why don't we get together and sued them? But unfortunately not going to happes why? We don't stick together because our mentality.

Super fake organization. “Carrier monitoring “ nothing right, my carrier info with FMCSA from 12 years is same, on carrier411 different. Nothing monitoring to fixing thru info, they asking for money. Again, if you pay them you are ok, if not, fake info. I’m not sure how stupid brokers the believe on fake info when it is free on FMCSA site.

I called a broker and was confused why he said our safety rating was 82 when our dot safety rating is a 0. Then after asking the same question repeatedly, he finally told me they used this company. I have no way to defend any information on the site. No one ever gets the whole story when it is one-sided!

They just killing my business because of negligence info they got from some broker
