We carefully explained our return policy, which is clearly outlined on our website. Since we operate globally, returning products from certain locations can indeed be challenging and costly for some customers. Additionally, the restocking fee,which is our legal right and transparently stated in our policy, is something some customers prefer to avoid. To address this, we offered alternative solutions: 1. If there’s an issue with the device, we can send you a replacement. 2. If you choose to keep the device, we offered a partial refund to help resolve the issue. 3. We even offered to send you a new sticky part for mounting. These options have worked well for many of our customers, and our intention was solely to be constructive and meet your needs as best as possible.
