Item in picture not as described. Absolutely terrible looking and won’t buy again.

Zero communication!!! I called last Thursday/July 2nd and was told I would have a tracking number by end of day. And still heard nothing!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a box of carpet tiles and it in no way indicted that these were otherwise damaged or cast offs from the factory line but that's exactly what I received. Most of the box had either the backing partially ripped off, carpet tile was torn, or contained a cosmetic defect in the tile. Terrible experience, if I could get my money back I would. Never, ever purchase from Carpet Tile Depot.

Sent carpet tiles with terrible defects, a line so deep it shows on the backing. It was every single tile!!!! I cannot believe they would even sell this garbage.

Carpet squares were cut poorly and seams could not lay properly! Looks terrible!

I paid for an 18" X 18" tile and received a 6"X 6" tile.

Its been 2 weeks since the order and no contact or shipment update, just an invoice and request to fill out this survey. I'm worried these guys are a fake website at this point. Seems unprofessional to say it lightly.

When I placed my online order, I did not see a minimum purchase quantity listed on your website and it let me place the order for 1 carton (23.64sq. ft.) with no error messages. But, I later received a notice stating that they cancelled my order because I had to purchase a minimum of 200sq. ft.. I only needed 3 pieces to complete my renovation.
