The carpet tile is great. However, the delivery process is confusing. there was a lack of communication between the carpet depot and the delivery company. I suggest that both should send emails to the buyer better.

Best pricing I could find. Communication on shipment could have been more detailed. The items ended up taking about a week longer than anticipated and delivery time wasn't communicated well. The product was good though.

I ordered 3 carpet squares to check color before ordering. 2 were normal size24x24, but 1 was 1x1 which was disappointing that I spent as much for that 1x1 as I did for the other 2. We ordered from someone else because of that Thanks

The carpet tiles that we ordered were not in stock, but we were able to pick a similar pattern, which arrived quickly.

The ordering was easy. The pricing of the product was good. You got the product right. The delivery was pretty prompt. The only negative at this point, the delivery charge was a whopper!

Great price and easy purchase. Only frustration was no shipping information during or after purchase. Called to find out but information via email wasn't received until a week later.

So far so good. I give you an excellent on keeping me advised as to the order confirmation and shipping details. The order was on time and accurate. I won’t be installing the tiles for a few weeks yet as other construction is still in process.

Buying and receiving the carpet tiles were fast and efficient - but what I didn't realize they are all seconds. Even though we purchased an additional box we still didn't have enough to do the flooring correctly. 2 boxes had pink edges and could not be used as full tiles. At least 3 more of the boxes had back edges that were not properly coated therefore flooring was not the same thickness. Knowing now that the quality was 2nd or poorer I would have purchased at least 35% extra but then the price would have been the same as Amazon for 1st quality. The tile was easy to install and looks fantastic
