The customer service was great however the tiles themselves were not satisfactory. The lot we received came from two different locations that were combined at some point during the process. Half the lot had boxes that were already opened and had clearly been filled with all the tiles the original purchaser did not want to use. Then the other portion of the boxes had tiles from unopened boxes that were very nice and without unsightly defects. I will most likely not be purchasing from tile depot again and am going to redo the entire floor once again and simply eat the cost as a lesson learned. The 3 stars is for the sales team.

The carpet was good quality, but the shipping pallet was very cheap and broke coming off the truck bending and denting the edges of several boxes of tile. Company needs to take more care with prepping shipments.
