Very bad customer service you can’t return nothing even if they have in there own policy you can with 30% restocking fee I never going to buy from this website again

I ordered the INFINITY MANHATTAN ABSTRACT SQUARES PEEL & STICK CARPET TILE RUSTIC 24" X 24" PREMIUM After the installation was complete we noticed a big color variations between different boxes. It gets worse. When using my Oreck Vacuum Sweeper to clean the carpet I noticed a lot of brown fuzz on the Oreck sweeper and on the floor. I turned the Oreck off and took a look at the sweeper bar. It was clogged with fuzz and fiber strings from the carpet tiles. It was literately pulling the carpet fibers and strings into the vacuum. I have to use a vacuum for hardwood floors to cleanup all of the fuzz left of the carpet. I would definitely not recommend these carpet tiles.

If it were an option to give 0 stars that would be my choice. First they tell you carpet tiles in stock, then takes less than 10 seconds to charge your credit card. Then on day item was to ship, they tell me it's on back order for abut a month. The I say send samples available in stock for same price. So they send samples that cost more and tell me they will sell it to me for only 10 cents more per sq ft for my inconvenience. Thats quite alot considering we ordered 5200 sq ft. And of course shipping would take 5-7 business days. They lie again. All they do is lie to you to take your money and eventually you get the product if you keep after them. I ended up calling the shipping company & was told I had to schedule delivery. Not what the salesman said. He said they would call & let me know when they were coming. This company lies and lies just to get your money. Will not be ordreing from this company again.

after placing an order, entering all of billing and shipping info, i got an email stating that the carpet was unavailable. A week later, i look at your website, still shows it's available. What a waste of time!!

Wrong color of carpet was sent. I still have not received my glue.

I did purchase four samples. I received just one and that one is so small that I cannot see the design. The other three did not arrive yet. I paid and place the order on August 13, 2021. I contacted the sales department and I was told that they will send me a full carpet tile. I have not received yet. I am trying to make a decision and I would be interested in buying probably close to 1200 sq.ft. but I doo not have the possibility to see the carpet tile anywhere except on line.

Huge disappointment! Ordered all remaining stock, 6 boxes, of 1 carpet tile. Called before placing order and representative confirmed inventory and suggested placing order online. Next day order status is changed to completed, pending pickup, and the BOL is viewable online. A week goes by status is not changed, still waiting for pickup. I call a few times and finally reach somebody. They inform me they have not shipped because they only have 4 of the 6 boxes. Company confirmed inventory when I called on product they did not actually have, failed to communicate after finding out there was a problem, and delayed my project.

No response after order, no way to follow-up or tracing.
