I initially ordered a builder grade product. The product wasn’t exactly what I needed. The vendor worked with me to resolve the issue. They were pleasant and reasonable in coming to a solution.

Purchasing the items was easy. We only had a problem with miscommunication between Carpet Depot and the freight company. We never received a notice that the package was on its way and they called me once they were at the drop off location and I was not available until the next day. Other than that everything was great! I wish I could show you the product that we installed. The color and description was what we saw on the website. I recommend this company.

My order arrived early - twice. But this is a good thing actually. My original ship date was meant to be 5/4 but it ended up shipping on 4/5. I got the call to arrange delivery, and I gave them Thursday because of other deliveries - it ended up arriving unannounced on Tuesday…but it turned out to be a rainy Thursday, so it all worked out in the end. Docking a star off because of that, otherwise, great experience all around.

The process of ordering was great! Unfortunately though the shipping company held my order for a week and we had already paid someone to come to the work so we were out a week of money waiting for our carpet that the terminal would not release.

Quality product. Shipping cost VERY high.

Service was wonderful and informative. I appreciate the personal touch as colors are hard to see on the internet. can't wait to get the carpet tiles!
