You only get three stars because he screwed up my order and sent me hardwood instead of carpet tiles then sent the carpet tiles but didn’t alert me to the fact that they would be coming a couple days later and not to pick up the first order instead you were silent. I was amazed that when I brought the hardwood back to send it through YRC that you had emailed me that my carpet tiles were at the same location ready for pickup... nice but I still had 3 - 1 hour Trips to the freight facility as Jeremy emailed me Monday morning at 7:30 AM to tell me my shipment was ready for pick up and when I went to get it to my chagrin it was In the YRC freight company but 2 hours away....The second time I went to go pick up my order when I got confirmation it was in I only Got hardwood but I didn’t find that out until I got home because it was eight cases and that was the number of cases I was told to expect… What a conundrum of screw ups! I guess it all worked out in the end but I still had three trips To the facility because the first time the freight wasn’t there the second time they gave me the wrong shipment in the third time thank the Lord I was able to just swap out the two loads and be on my way… I would say that you owe me two hours time $130 and gas for my pick up trucks Tank at $50 to bring the total to $180 for my headache and my extra expense to pick up this material because of your mistakes make it an even $200… I will think twice before I order again from you unless you make good I’m $200 that I am out because of your screwup‘s.... The shipping was in error. paid for it when carpet bought. Freight company billed Pelican Reef, would not deliver without payment. Finally got it straight 3 days later. Then had to go to the freight company to retrieve check.

Item shipped but returned then re-shipped because sender did not write the recipient address clearly - extra 4 days to deliver.

Product matched our first order .It shipped early and arrived without damage.The freight cost was way too high.

Carpeting/flooring is very important. It is usually is in your house/office for a long time. You sent me 6"x 6" samples. I think that a sample in a bigger size would be much more appropriate to be able to decide what flooring to put down.

The website leads you to believe that you can buy as much as you need even goes as far as you checking out before they tell you that they can't process your order. I got an email the following day letting me know but I would not be able to order from them unless I order a certain amount. Which would be fine. But why would they let you check out? Had no problems getting my money right back.

I was disappointed that my order was cancelled due to a 200 sf minimum. This minimum policy is buried on returns page. After finding out the order was cancelled was told the builder quality carpet I had ordered for 1.69 sf was suddenly not available but instead I could order the premium version for 2.22 and I had to order 240 sf. So I had a cancelled $200 order turn into a $640 option. Felt rather bait and switchy. Inventory hijinks happen, order req should not have allowed me to proceed with the order

Product and prices are good but shipping prices on small purchase are extremely unreasonable.
