Make note that sample sizes are not marked correct. When ordering carpet tile samples, some will come as full 24" x 24" tiles- which is great, but some will come as 6" x 6" which is not helpful in sampling a carpet pattern at all... they do not tell you what size you are getting in the order/checkout process.

The delivery was unclear. The first place I went to was a house, went home, it wasn’t there. Finally found out where it was. At my house. Opened the box and it wasn’t what I expected. Home Depot had a 1/4 inch thick for the same price. Reason I didn’t get it there was because they couldn’t get the amount of sq. Ft. I needed. I got paper thin from you. Never again will I buy from you. Very disappointed Charlyene Cisneros

I ordered and paid for 4 samples and only received three. I contacted you after receiving the 3 and inquired on the 4th. you said it was accidentally sent overnight mail with a COD and that you would resend the sample for me. One week later I contacted you because I still hadn't rep'd and I'm still unclear what the problem was but was told another sample would be sent...still haven't received my sample.

I was missing 1 of my boxes and couldn't complete my project.

Hi Leadro I do apologize for this issue. 4 boxes were ordered in total in which 3 arrived in a timely manor. All 4 boxes did ship out together with Fedex however for some reason Fedex routed 1 of the boxes to the West Coast. We have spoken to Fedex a few times regarding this issue and it was routed correctly a few days ago. It is set to deliver to you tomorrow. We do everything to ensure quick delivery of all orders however once the material is picked up by the carrier it is unfortunately out of our hands as to what then happens with the material.

The freight was almost as much as the carpet tiles I recently ordered. They told me that it would have to be shipped via a truck with a lift gate but it fact it was dropped by Fed Ex.
