I recently had a flood and needed most of my downstairs flooring replaced. I chose to do business with Carpet One due to the reputation of the Parkers. I received excellent service at the store, got a GREAT price on the new flooring, and could not have ask for better installers. I have many more floors I want redone and I will be going back to Carpet One when I am ready because I know I will not get better service or product anywhere else.

Very easy to work with Parker Carpet. Professional quote and timely communication. Carpet was installed as promised - no issues. Will definitely use them in the future.

My experience with Carpet One could not have been better. The salespeople were incredibly helpful in assisting me with making my carpet choice and were able to get the carpet put in with fairly short notice. The installer was excellent. He was very experienced and took the time to do the best job possible. Carpet One was far and away better than another local company that I had used in the past. I am extremely happy with the finished product.

I would recommend CARPET ONE TO EVERYONE THAT WANTS TOP QUALITY PRODUCTS AT A REASONABLE PRICE. PRICES ARE GREAT AND THE SERVICE IS EVEN BETTER. I WOULD RATE THEM A FIVE STAR COMPANY.
