I had wood floors put in three bedrooms. The floors are beautiful. The workmen who installed my floors were professional and courteous. The trim work they did was outstanding. My only complaint was I was promised a bottle of floor cleaner and I had to contact them more than once to receive it.

First off, let me say this is the first review I have ever written. I first purchased from Carpet One Floor and Home several years ago for a small carpet and installation job. I was so pleased at the time that I told anyone that would listen about how professional EVERYTHING was. I recently had the need for a bigger job and once again was astounded from the beginning to completion. The Hayden and Bennett families are so easy to work with and truly work as a team. The installation crew was so efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Take my word....Experience it for yourself!!!! You will not be disappointed.

Richard, Larry, Kevin and Tony were easy to work with. A couple of changes needed to be made and they stopped and ask before they went forward in the process, Quality of work was excellent.

Ettagene and Mark Hayden, as well as their staff, are first class professionals. Never did we find them anything but helpful and sincere in their efforts to provide us a top quality job. We never felt pressured in making our decisions, and they understood our desire to create an attractive, inviting, and comfortable home. They chose subcontractors who worked hard to achieve our satisfaction in laying the vinyl plank and installing the kitchen backsplash. Ettagene and Mark came to our home twice for measurements and made conscientious suggestions about color and design. We found both very personable and ever-so-easy to get along with whether in their store or elsewhere. A great and much appreciated business!

The flooring is great, cleans easily. The installers were courteous, professional. The only complaint was they ran short on flooring & trim. Therefore, they had to make an extra trip. Carpet One should have sent extra & installers could have taken any extra back to the store.

My whole experience with Carpet One was productive and pleasant. I was greeted warmly at the store and assisted by a knowledgeable sales staff that helped me find exactly what I wanted at a price better than I expected to pay. My room was measured in a timely manner and when the carpet arrived they worked hard to find a time slot that worked with my busy schedule. The men who installed my carpet were very professional and worked quickly. Well done, Carpet One. The carpet looks and feels amazing!
