Blessing from the floods from Carpet One!
I was one of the unfortunate folks who had my basement flooded during the rains in late June. Consequently I had to begin looking for a company to replace my carpet. I began my search at Carpet One, remembering their store was right across from my doctor's office. I didn't need to look anywhere else after meeting Jeff & Chad, who came out and gave me an estimate for the work. Very professional, and compassionate about what had happened to me, assuring me they would do everything they could to earn my business and help me replace my basement carpet. Because of their friendly and helpful approach, I decided to go ahead and do my upstairs as well. They had a great knowledge of both their business and products, and how to make sure we were in line with meeting the guidelines for my Homeowner's Insurance Company. They were a delight to work with. They returned calls in a timely fashion, looked for some sales and discounts to help trim costs without cutting quality, and kept me informed throughout the entire process until my house was done. On the installation side of this project, my good fortune continued when they sent Chris out to do the job. All I can say is WOW! What a top notch pro...and so meticulous and took great pride in his work. He handled moving furniture etc, with kid gloves, being extra cautious to not damage anything. I loved watching him work and am very satisfied with the whole project and how great my home looked after Chris did his magic! No problem for me to give Carpet One my highest recommendation. Great folks who really work hard to take care of their customers with the utmost professionalism.
