shipment was not delivered in a timely manner . when it did arrive only part of order was in package. the order was wrong part. now we have to return it. very disappointed

I have made an order (2 rotors and 7 brake pads) with them and emailed them to know when the parts will be shipped. They replied it will be shipped in next couple days without giving an exact date. contacted again and replied with the same sentence. after three days of placing the order I contacted them and they said still processing . So, I said if you are not able to ship the parts today, please cancel the order. Then they cancelled the order and refunded with less that the amount paid. I asked them why, they said that is because the parts you order coming from another warehouse and it costs around 40$. I tolled them you did not mentioned that from the beginning. the customer service said you should be aware of it without acknowledge. I recommend to every one not to buy from such really too bad customer service as If they have it!

I had a problem processing a multiple parts order with PayPal that for some reason would only allow me to order each item individually. I emailed the so called " Sales Team", alerted them of my situation and forwarded a detailed list with ebay item #'s and the parts mfg. part #'s asked them to enter my complete order and ship together so I could save some $$ on combined shipping. The only response I got was an Ebay invoice for the original first part ordered period...No FOLLOWUP OR RESPONSE whatsoever!!! from the so called "Sales Team" (no salesperson's name that I could contact directly) just the sales team. 1. I assume it was just too much trouble, for whomever to enter and process my complete order.. 2. They lost sales because of their lack of respect for this customer... 3. They lost my future business! One other thing, their USPS shipping rates are grossly inflated, compared to their competitors ( which I discovered when I took my busines elsewhere...) I will never do business with Car Parts Kings, ever again! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED !!!!!!!! p.s. they will also receive a negative feedback on their Ebay status.... I ordered 2 Starters off Ebay that were supposed to fit a Corvair. The starters they sendt me were not evne close to a Corvair starter. They have no idea of what they are selling or how to list it on Ebay.
