Ordered brake caliper brackets... the right one wasn't drilled correctly. I called and left a message asking someone to call me and no one did. Finally had a friend re-drill the hole because I wasn't willing to wait for shipping back and forth and I didn't feel like I should have to pay for shipping their defective part. I strongly suggest anyone considering using this company to go elsewhere unless you want junk parts and junk service.

Advertised "Free Shipping" but as you finalize the order you realize there are strict limits, and you guessed it, you have to pay. I ordered a $250 dollar radiator, it was packaged in a thin cardboard box, that was barely sealed. It was apparent that the box had come open in shipping, and the radiator had been severely damaged. This begins the nightmare; it has been two weeks since I ordered the part, still no satisfaction. I will not use Part kings again, as they treat their subjects as third world peasants.

My friends don't lie to me. Cost stated was not the final cost. The web site "Terms" indicated that the "Grand Total" was the displayed before you are asked for your payment information. Sales rep indicated I would get the part on a Friday, the part didn't arrive until Monday, lost the car for the weekend. Spoke with a supervisor, <private data removed>, who said that he would refer the matter to his boss, 04/26/13. I haven't heard from them since. I won't be using Carparts king again.

My parts took a week to get to my home and that's just not acceptable. I can order parts from Ohio and get them in 2 days. Not coming back!

My name is Manuel Fernandez I bought 2 item, one in Ebay and one in amzon. Both items came in but they are both wrong. I called and spoke to a rep from your company , his name was <Name Removed>, he told me to return the items and that I was going to get a refund, he said the return shipping was gong to be handled by me. I am not very happy with this company and I will never purchase anything else from them.

Apologies that you feel you were lied to. It was a simple shipping mistake of which we corrected immediately. We sent you a call tag so fedex would come pick up the incorrect part from your house and sent the new one free of charge to you.

The part I ordered was supposed to be a Beck/Arnley front lower ball joint for an 84 Mazda RX-7. What I got was a piece of crap, made in Korea, worthless ball joint! The original one on the car is tighter and in better shape than what you sent me. On the box it says Beck/Arnley - Made in Japan. Inside the box there is a junk, Made in Korea ball joint that Ivan move around like a joystick on my Playstation 3. Even my 5 year old daughter can move it around with ease! A NEW good quality ballpoint should be VERY tight and should take quite a bit of force to move it! All the listings for the Beck/Arnley list the ball joint as greaseable with a grease fitting in picture - just like yours. That's why I bought it. But when I got it I realized right away that you were selling junk parts repackaged in a Beck/Arnley box! I would like a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER so I can send this back. YouVan either email it to me at [email protected] or if you would like to talk to me in person, you can call my cell phone at 330-310-0035. If I don't hear from you by Monday afternoon, I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. If everything is taken care of in a timely manner, and you send this survey again, I will give you a 5 star rating for correcting the issue. You have to understand, I run my own business (Aircraft Maintenance Facility) and I know how important "Happy" customers are! 75% of my new customers come from Word of Mouth because we're fair and we do a good job! WE CAN'T SELL JUNK PARTS BECAUSE IF YOU BREAK DOWN IN AN AIRPLANE YOU CAN'T JUST PULL OVER! It would most likely end in a crash with fatalities! Anyways, I can be reached by email or phone and I'm expecting a reply by Moday 2/11/13 or the charge will be disputed with my credit card company.
