I purchased a catalytic converter and the associated gaskets from the website. When the part was fitted at the garage, it did not fit onto the car and was the incorrect part. The part and gaskets were returned for a refund. I did not purchase the correct part from Car Part Kings website and told the mechanic to order the correct part, which he did, which cost more money than was intended to spend, unfortunately. I did not pay for the repair, thankfully, my ex-step father paid for it, because I have been suffering massive hardship. It would have been helpful to have a VIN search functionality on the website to order the correct part. I was never contacted about the refund and there was a delay in receiving a full refund for the parts. I don't like the policy of not returning money for shipping.

As I said shipping was extremely fast even on a 5 foot 40+lb drive shaft. However, the factory driveshaft that this part replaced weighed closer to 5 lbs bare because its made entirely of aluminum and that's what I believed I was paying so much to get because it was listed as the correct type and length for the truck and as far as I know that particular drive shaft for that particular truck has always and still is aluminum (10+years now). But sure enough the one I payed quite a bit for was steel. I could have had a custom steel drive shaft made for about the same price but didn't want the extra weight which led me here. All said and done it did come ready to drop in and it fit as well as the factory piece and shipping was quick so I gave 3 stars. If the site had had a description on the site of at least what material is was composed of I would have likely looked elsewhere due to price but if the price was lower and it had clearly described what it was I was buying I would have given 5 stars and ordered from again.

Thank you for asking for feedback. I must say Exact part. Exact Fit. Good performance. But I asked for shipment via FedEx and paid for FexEx Shipment BUT part was shiped via USPS. I waited Nine (9) extra days to recieve the part. NO real time tracking. After I recieved the shipment, USPS system still showed In-Processing after One (1) day. That was a big surprise to me and a big shame for USPS. Prior to this part, I once purchased through e-bay from your store and USPS shiped my part to a different country, in a different continent. I am willing to shop from your store but please use a reliable shipping solution. thanks, IA

If my exhaust was wrapped in bubble wrap or something, it would have less scratches and dents. The damage was not enough to send it back but some protection is needed.

I think I will not know where my product, unfortunately! I'm from Brazil I made a purchase on July 6, order # 100008150. Until today I have not received my purchase. Several times I requested information, no response. The products were sent on July 9, Shipment # 100007636, tracking number (USPS) CJ224273171US. The USPS website only says "The item is currently in transit to the destination". Is necessary to open a case with the USPS to identify what happened. Only Car Kings can open the case, the deadline is 183 days after July 9. Car parts, not a record within the USPS Disclaimer YOU. I lost $ 360 and the product!!
