Just returned from a 6 day cruise on the Carnival Freedom. It was our first cruise and it was perfect in every way. Food and ship were more than I expected. TJ the cruise director made sure every single person on board had fun and enjoyed themselves. Forget TJ for Captain. TJ for President, Make America Fun Again!!!

I have went on two carnival cruises and they were both amazing! I love to go on vacation and let someone else drive, their are planned activities and food included in the price. I had to cancel my last cruise due to unforeseeable circumstances. I was accommodated by the carnival cruise staff and my pro rated refund was returned to my account within 48 hours. I called to request a refund check and it was processed the same day. I received my refund within 5 days. I trust this cruise line and I will book a family cruise 🚢 for my next vacation.

Everyone of the employees on the cruise on Carnival Sensation dates 12/8-12/13/18 were very helpful, and nice. Our Stateromm Steward was very attentive to our needs from the moment we found our cabin. Wayan did an excellent job. The cruise director Kevin always kept things going and was the life of the party, this job really suits him. Our wait staff in the Ecstasy 6pm dining I Made was so much fun and very attentive along with 2 others. I’m sorry I misplaced the card with their names on them but we would walk in for dinner and they were right there helping us always knew our names and so entertaining. We really enjoyed interacting with them. Our table was # 381. If I were going to score this ship and staff, along with entertainment I would have to give them all a BIG 10. They were excellent. We will recommend the Sensation to others. Our excursion In the Grand Turks Snorkling & Stingray was so much fun. Our guides really knew what they were doing and made sure everyone felt safe and they were so entertaining from the minute the guide meant us at end of Pier #8 right to the very end of the tour. Would highly recommend this excursion as well as the Private Dolphin Encounter & Beach Day on Balmoral Island. Again the interaction with the dolphin was fun and we learned a lot of good information about dolphins. I would highly recommend for anyone who can’t swim as my husband because your only in water up to your chest. Both excursions I would rate a BIG 10 and must do for anyone who has not done this before. Neither excursion was over priced and we had so much fun. We had a cruise booked on the Breeze for Sept. 2 (3PVS03). Unfortunately on August 31 we were notified the my husband’s mother was in critical condition and had only 2 days to live. We were forced to cancel. She regretfully died on the morning of Sep. 3. We understand that our money cannot be returned but would very much like the possibility of being able to reschedule our cruise using our payment. This is our 5th Cruise on the P and O line division of Carnival CruisebLine Southampton. We embarked on cruising after retirement in 2015 bfrom East Coast Main Line Railways.so having been involved in a similar capacity within the hospitality industry we decided on advice of our friends to join them on a cruise Southampton to Southampton Well what a Brilliant Idea first ship Mv Ventura then Oceana then 2 on the Aurora and this coming week the Oriana we are totally Hooked now on cruising and will Not Fly again .No 1 superb service Superb Food plus Showstopping entertainment. Brilliant Helpful staff andvStress free booking in this is our personal opinion some may not agree but they have their opinions But for us if you enjoy meeting new friends visiting different countries then the way to Go is P and O you will enjoy the Experience from the moment you arrive at the port till the time you return. Just booked my second cruise through Carnival. The first experience was awesome- lovely staff. Beautiful interior and exterior designs/decorations. Very classy and a great time. Went last year for Spring Break, I just booked my second cruise for this December and I CAN NOT WAIT! No doubt it'll be incredible from start to finish.
