We went on the Cruise from NY in MAY 2019. They claimed that the ship was redone. I beg to differ. There was feces coming out of the sprinklers on the day we were leaving. The arcade machines did NOT work at all. They kept restarting them and they still wouldn't work. The kids were very disappointed. The staff seemed overworked and underpaid. I will never take this ship again and frankly the only reason I MAY cruise with Carnival again is because they gave me onboard credit for my next cruise. I would most likely leave from FL the next time. Leaving from NY was rough and I feel like we didn't get to enjoy a lot of the outdoor activities because the weather was so bad. For the money we paid, everything should have worked and the staff should have been more pleasurable. No one even knew where things were or how to get to places on the ship. Not sure if everyone was new but it was very frustrating.

I purchased a ticket for my wife and myself this summer. Paid for it on a monthly basis. Paid for the insurance as well. The cruise was not scheduled to cruise until January 26 2020. Today’s date is the 17th. On the 16th My wife and I was told by our attorney that we are required to be in court on the 29 of January. Contacted Carnival Cruise lines and because I had to cancel our cruise or be in contempt with the courts ,they took off $500.00 for cancellation and told me to contact Aon insurance to file claim. That stated this was not covered under emergency and the best they could do was give some of the money back as on board credit for next cruise. This was out of my control and being a platinum holder with them that they would be more passionate and work with me maybe on another cruise. But any cancellations automatically cost you $500.00 .Oh it was stated that if I didn’t have the insurance I would not get anything back. Hard to continue to do business with these people again.

Horrible! Booked a cruise 2 weeks ago and then realized the "drink package" for 2 ppl would be $858 for a week. Are you serious???? Carnival would not refund our deposit even though the ship doesn't sail for 10 months. Unbelievable!!!!!! I will NEVER EVER EVER participate in a Carnival Cruise...EVER!!!!!!

I went to the port for my vacation I was told that my prescription for medical marijuana that a Florida licensed physician issued me would not be allowed on the cruise I have PTSD and alot of physical pain so I have used opioid pills and became addicted I now use medical marijuana I so I was not allowed board this is not right this is a violation of my civil rights I can't believe this they need to change this sooner rather than later I didn't get to go on my 2500 vacation lost my money will never go on a cruise again Untill this policy is changed

OMG it's Walmart on the ocean but with more obnoxious people. Used to be nice size cabins, everything was included in the cost of the ticket. Now the food that is included in the ticket is sub par. The reason is they want to guide you to one of their restaurants you pay out of pocket for. We ordered a queen bed, we get there they have stuck two twins together and they kept separating and one of us would end up in the floor. We went for my Sister's 50th wedding anniversary, we had 5 rooms and the reservations were made together, instead of having us in a row so we could all share a balcony but no , we were scattered all over the ship. I've been on cruises before but this was my first Carnival and it is a good thing my first was on the Regent Seven Seas or I would have sworn off cruises. Save your money take another cruise line even if you have to pay more it is worth it. There are several islands that have all inclusive resorts that are a lot cheaper than this place. Carnival is the gray hound buslines of cruises and about the same type of clientele.

Get a raft and tow yourself out in the ocean!! Horrible experience from beginning to end. They don’t stand behind anything they sell nor do they provide a decent cruise experience.
