I was supposed to leave this afternoon, May 5, 2022, for a cruise from Charleston SC and I woke up with a bad stomach virus and I'm extremely concerned about my health. I respectfully request to change the dates of my cruise or either get a refund.

I was on the freedom this past week. My name is Henry La, room 1448. Everything was amazing except the comedians with 30yrs experience.. Jimmy della valle and cliff cash.. Had to repeat half their jokes at 2nd show.. How sad and boring.. Bud anderson was phenomenal. James love rhe director failed badly to bring more fun to nighttime activities that kinda lured ppl to the casino which i suspect the machines at blackjacks are dishonest that destroyed me 5 nights in a row. I lost so much money im so mad i will never ever come back to carnival and telling everyone i know about this horrible ploy of theirs to lure ppl to their killer casino!!!!  I demand a refund of some sort to rectify this horrible experience or i will make sure me or anyone i know which is a lot of ppl to never ever touch this horrible cruise line!!!!

Booked for the Norwegian Fjords two years ago cancelled by P&O twice due to Covid 19. Now due to sail in four weeks time. Email from them charging for pre cruise negative tests even though my terms at time of booking were free covid tests for everyone over 12. How can they say that they have introduced a cost to the passengers who booked when they were advertising something for free? Never use them again because of their illegal tactics.

i just found out that i have to pay for the roller coaster on the madi gras i booked a cruise in december to be on the boat my 11th cruise and i dont understand how you can charge for something that should be available to everyone on board why build it just do away with it and build bigger pool i hope nobody rides it and sits there may be last cruise

Hi we are the Johnson's and our booking number is N41NL5. We were suppose to go on an Alaskan Cruise in August of this year 2022. The ship that we were suppose to go on had some issues so Carnival sent out an email stating that due to issues with the ship we were being switched to another ship. We then decided to cancel but Carnival stated it was too late that we could not be refunded because we were past the deadline. We never got an email stating that we could cancel. We contacted our travel agent Mario @EXT85996 who stated that he would check into it and get a refund for us. We feel like it was not our fault and its been very upsetting dealing with him because we haven't gotten any response from him after calling. We feel that we should be refunded or use the deposit towards any other cruise in the next year or 2024 when we are able to go. We are very upset because it was not our fault. And now we have a deadline to pay the cruise in full before May 18, 2022 The Johnson's

Being quite experienced cruisers with always positive impressions, we were terribly disappointed this time. We spent more than 2 days driving from Houston nonstop taking turns to get to our destination, Almost every day we were facing some issues with adding the two minors to the unvaccinated exemption forms and when we tried to raise our concerns to Guest services - we were totally ignored. We called one more last time we became super irritated by this treatment so we fought our way to the senior management. We did not expect any compensations or extra benefits from our complains, the sole aim was to be heard as customers. We honestly are not super demanding or difficult to please but luckily we know what the good service is and you will not find it on this cruise line. It is clear to us that it is not the matter of the stuff who was making some effort, to be fair, but it's the corporate policy which is not customer oriented at all and is quite outdated for the modern corporate world. We spent over $700-$800 in Diesel and ruined our family vacation to the Bahamas. Called several times & waited over 3-4 hours to answer my call. with the money that this cruise gets per day they should hire more people to be better at customer service. Carnival cruise will never be in the list of potential cruise operation for us in the future.

This should have been my 12th cruise with Carnival. One would think that a Platinum member would have been treated with a little more respect and dignity. Nope. Never in my life would I expect to be treated so poorly from Carnival. After a cancelled flight, well, many cancelled flights to Miami, we were unable to make our cruise today. No, we didn't have insurance or book our flights through Carnival, but we weren't looking for a full refund. We were looking for compassion and a transfer, if even to a shorter cruise, so we could still have our vacation after failed flight after flight after flight today. We were sadly let down and told there was NOTHING they could do for us. We were STILL willing to take ANOTHER hit after TWO cancelled trips during 2020 (and not receiving our FULL refund and on board credit that we were promised of $500). We STILL booked another and STILL tried. After multiple attempts at getting to our cruise, it left without us as and we were penalized for not getting insurance or booking the flights through them. Well, thank you, Carnival for showing us EXACTLY who you are. I guess we won't be cruising with you anymore, even though you are the one I've been faithful to for 20+years. I'll make sure to tell everyone I know. Everyone else always tells us to go Norwegian or Royal Caribbean anyway. I guess we will start following suit. Maybe they will honor our $7000 that we lost on a cruise that went on without us. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Good for you for taking our money and raking us over. This won't be the last you hear from us. We'll make a big noise. Did I mention that we waited on line for an agent for 10 hours AND we were hung up on twice?!!!??? Good customer service. You truly care about your valued customers. I hope you can hear the sarcasm in my text.

Booked a ticket with Carnival Valor for March 17, 2022 from New Orleans. Got an email on March 09, 2022 stating they were cancelling our booking. They said we submitted a COVID exemption letter and it was denied. We did not submit any letter, since all of us are fully vaccinated. I called them and initially they mentioned the exemption letter. When I told them the facts, they came back and said it was cancelled because they were overbooked. I booked the ticket from the Carnival website. It is sad that a company like Carnival has no respect for its clients. They just do whatever they want. The bottom line is "Money". Carnival...Thank you for ruining our family get together.
