So last night I entered a raffle to win a Rolex watch out here on the carnival cruise celebration ship. We left port on the 9th. So I won the raffle and the associate comes over to put the Rolex on my wrist to adjust links to fit my wrist and I had asked so am I getting a box with this and the associate said yes so me and my fiance are standing there in disbelief for 20-25 minutes for the associate to come back over and say how are we going to be paying for this today. I told them I won it and he replies with a laugh saying you didn't win a Rolex and hands me some trash DIY bracelet. These folks owe me a Rolex. I have the flyer I got with the raffle ticket clearly saying enter a chance to win

If you have seen my previous post, carnival lost my luggage on a 10 day cruise to Alaska, I have been waiting for a reply concerning compensation, NOTHING just a general reply saying they had received my emails I have now sent a letter to there head office It seems poor service is a constant theme with carnival

Only because negative stars is not an option. If you desire off-shore “support” and being treated like dirt, go with these guys. Like Karen’s Diner, only definitely not funny. I had to file a chargeback with VISA to get my money back.

I took a cruise on the Sunrise ship August 2023. The ship was old, dirty, hot, and overcrowded. They lied on their website about serving Coke products so I purchased the drink package to find out on the ship they only serve Pepsi products. They cancelled my pre-booked excursion then charged me more money to book a new one in its place. Getting off the ship was a hot and overcrowded nightmare. Just people smushed into each other trying to all walk down 4 flights of stairs. They now charge for the dive in money popcorn and add a service fee on top of that. The staff, aside from housekeeping was rude. They food wasn’t great. The cruise director Tyler was obnoxious and ruined many “fun” activities they offered onboard. He would also make early morning announcements, waking me up for information that was available on their app for the ship.

Utterly disgusting food onboard, a lot of it was inedible. They also overcharged my bank card and won't refund the difference. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

90% of our food was very poor, no quality. Lots of dirty tables. The spa services were not up to par and they spent most of the time trying to sell you on their products. Paid for an 75 minute spa service and got 50 minutes. The room was cold, the bolster was cold and wet…lights on to full brightness during the service. No place to but your clothing and provider needed to go back to school. Excursions were 3 to 4 times the price on the ship as you can buy them off the ship overall it was extremely poor experience. They never even left us off the bus to take a picture. When brought to the attention of management nobody cared.

We arrived to a filthy room that after two days we gave up on the steward and cleaned the room ourselves. The staff was not very nice with the exception of a few great people and the food was terrible.

Purchased insurance for a trip had to cancel because of a family emergency. They will not refund the money although I followed the proper protocol. They make it extremely difficult to cancel and will not refund your money although you paid for the insurance. 0 stars
