Sam Clendion Charlet Aikens Booking Number X84XF8 To whom it may concern I, SAm Clendion is writing this letter because I was booked on Carnival Breeze for 8/20/2022 I'm a dialysis patient on 8/10/2022 My trans plant team called me and inform me that they had a kidney for me that was a match so I went into surgery that night now I'm in hospital had surgery now I'm unable to go on my cruise on 8/20/2022 did not put insurance on it because it was so close to me cruising and not knowing I would get the call for a kidney. I'm writing to see if I could get a refund or move the date this was an unexpected medical issue that happen if you all need any paperwork my doctor stated they will give me. Thanks in advance Sam Clendion I. love cruising with Carnival Cruise I'm a Platinum Member can't wait to cruise again.

I tried to keep my expectations in check when boarding the Carnival Panorama on May 28th 2022, this was my first cruise after all. However, from the get go I was impressed with the customer service, the room, the food and above all the Playlist Productions, with the enormously talented Kirsty, David, Amethyst, and Zack at the helm (pun intended) the shows were sleek, sexy, cheeky, sophisticated and mesmerising. I will definitely be cruising again. Thank you.

My friend and I went on the carnival Panorama over May/June Half term this year 2022. It was excellent, I’m vegan but still found plenty of good healthy food to eat. The most amazing thing was the evening entertainment from the Playlist cast! The shows were west end quality and the singing and dancing were exceptional from all involved. Well done to the cast they really made the trip one to remember for ever!! I know how are they have to work to produce such fantastic Shows. Every show was fresh fun and entertaining! such was their enthusiasm, professional performance and dedication. Just fabulous!!!!! Well done again to Kirsty David Amethyst Zack and all of the team.I’m so sorry I can’t remember all of your names. I miss watching you xx

I loved the Carnival Magic ship it was so beautiful and I miss hanging out in my 12-14 club and the two leaders there were so amazing and really great people. I wish I had some way to talk to them again but I loved the experience and it's something I'll never forget.

Today I spoke with Lossie and she went above and beyond her call of duty to make sure that I was satisfied. I previously booked a cruise but with the increased Covid and omicron variant cases, my family members are afraid to travel. Lossie explained my options in detail and she was very knowledgeable about the upcoming cruises. I rated her online, based on a disconnected call, while I was on hold. Lossie deserves 5/5 and I do not won’t a disconnected call to effect her rating. Please make sure that her rating it updated.

I have sailed many times with Carnival and have never had a problem. Had lots of fun and I would not sail with anyother line. Sorry for you that have had a bad time but give Carnival a brake they really are a fun ship.
