The website is the WORST
I don’t have any complaints about the actual cruise, but their website makes me want to shoot myself in the head every damn time. I cannot believe such a well established cruise line has such a crappy website.

I took a 5-day Eastern Caribbean (the Bahamas, Princess Cay, and Grand Turk) Christmas cruise with my two of my adult sons (19 & 21) and my teenage daughter. It was our first cruise and we had a really lovely time. The employees were all kind and personable. Housekeeping especially was very nice. Booking the trip was very easy, I did a payment plan over the year to pay. No issues at all. We booked our flights separately. The only thing I did have trouble with is the address of the cruise terminal and the actual terminal number was listed NO WHERE in our documents. Highly frustrating when if you need to get a Lyft or an Uber this info is paramount. I had to finally call to get it. Otherwise, check-in super easy and fast. We had two room, one for the boys (outside cabin with porthole windows) , one for me and my daughter. (outside cabin with ocean view). Both were very nice, comfy and no issues. Food was good throughout the ship, especially the nightly restaurant. We only rarely did extras (drinks here and there, and we ate at the fancy Italian restaurant once, which was very good) Otherwise we stuck to the included food and drinks. Mostly this was fine, though I do wish if we only get free lemonade and ice tea, that those beverages actually taste like the real thing, instead of half water half the time. My only other real 'complaint' is that the (expensive) wi-fi we paid for was very poor and in fact, we had to purchase additional $5 per person chat feature on the Carnival app in order to 'text' each other, which seems kinda shady. We did not pay for any excursions, as they seemed very overpriced. We did our own thing on the islands and had a great time. We also aren't really dinner show people, but we did like the pools and other activities on the boat. All in all, while I found cruising is not my preferred way to travel, it definitely was a fun and relaxing trip and Carnival made it easy. If I cruise again, it will be with them.

Just got off 4th cruise with Carnival on the Conquest to Cozumel. I have always enjoyed the cruises and enjoyed this one as well. Shout out to Mary Grace at the Lobby Bar, she was awesome. The ship is showing its age and could use some touch ups, especially the glass balconies. (They did clean on way back to Miami). I didn't do many ship activities as I was more content with watching ocean from balcony.(and i I did get off in Key West and think the time allowed there was not enough. we left ship at 730 am and had to be back by 1. most interesting bars and restaurants don't open until 11 so felt rushed. The Best of Cozumel excursion was informative and fun. Our bus broke down but the driver fixed it enough to get to ruins where mechanics fixed it fully. Although shopping portion shortened, we enjoyed ruins, chocolate tasting, tequila tasting and tacito lunch. Shout out to guide Yane and the driver was Jacinto. very friendly and professional. If you don't want to walk ruins (this is NOT TULUM), learn some Mayan facts or buy tequila or chocolate, this may not be the excursion for you. Mexico is HOT in summer, just know that, dress accordingly and hydrate. All in all I feel Carnival staff working to make trip enjoyable even if parts felt a bit understaffed still. The food is buffet so to say it isn't good isn't true. Some people take a lot of food and waste it. The evening meal was always enjoyable. I will suggest that the turn the Lobby entertainer music down it was deafening and right by guest services.

One of the better cruise companies. Not the best, but worth it for sure. Look forward to when the cruise industry comes back to life again. It would be cool if they could team up with other cruise companies to make connections and do world tours, just an idea...

Great Shows, good food, affordable price I went in a 5 day trip to Cozumel and Progreso Yucatán but we lost Cozumel because someone in the cruse get very Sick so we had to come back to return that’s person back to the Port of Galveston the Coast Guards Not able to pick up that person.so all the people lost the chance to be in Cozumel for that’s situation so the trip was canceled for one person and all the people sacrifice that’s vacation for the reason of one!and this happened this week!😞

From boarding to disembarking, Carnival has always been my favorite cruise line! I find the food and entertainment to be a step above the rest, not to mention the stewards and the wait staff! There are more than enough fun activities to either watch or in which to participate. Have always found the shore excursions to be well worth the money as well. And the ports are still intriguing, even after being on the same cruise stops several times! I highly recommend Carnival to first-time cruisers as well as experienced travelers!
