Esta tienda es una estafa. Compré unas zapatillas, y me han enviado un número de seguimiento erróneo. No dice nada del paradero de las zapatillas. He escrito varios email y no contestan. No compréis. Yo, voy a denunciar el caso.

Esta web tiene pinta de estafa. Pedí unas zapatillas hace casi un mes y llevan en tránsito desde el 9 de febrero y me da que no voy a recibirlas. Al principio aún contestaron a algún correo preguntando por el pedido, pero ya ni eso...He intentado anular el pedido y tampoco he recibido respuesta

Compré hace 6 días por error unas zapatillas las cuales según su política puedes anular y anule al momento,mande un correo seguí instrucciones como marcaban y aún estoy esperando devolución

I received counterfeit ASICS trainers from this company. They were sent to me unboxed and the toe boxes are crushed and uncomfortable. They charged £77 for them. They are advertised as genuine. I was offered a 50% refund to keep them when I complained. I have no use for them and they are not even fit for purpose. I have asked for a full refund and have received no reply from this company. Avoid.

I don’t recommend shopping at Carmen Modas. They say on their website: there is a 30 day return and refund. There is not. If you buy a product from them and you don't want the product anyway because it didn't meet your expectations. Then you just stuck with it. Nothing to do. Do not shop with Carmen Modas.
