Carl's Jr used to be my favorite burger joint. They have been going downhill for several years now. I would get the original $6 burger. They discontinued that burger and replaced it with an ok Angus burger. Yesterday, 2/13/26, I ordered a famous star, their signature burger. What I got could hardly be called anything more than a bun. The picture looks great. What I got was something so miniscule that the top and bottom of the bun was touching. I had to peel it open to see if there was any meat or other toppings inside. Definitely not what I have been accustomed to.​

Carls Jr de Puerto Venecia Zaragoza, hoy dia 16 de enero de 2026, hemos pedido 2 cervezas y unas patatas, a las 19:23, a lo que eran las 19:45 y no estaban las patatas, se lo digo y me pide el ticket, me pregunta si las he pagado, y otros 5 minutos despues de no han traido las patatas que ademas estaban a medio llenar, una verguenza, perdida de tiempo y encima nada agradables ni empaticos, la resolucion de lo que ha pasado ha sido nula, ibamos porque estaba vacio para tardar menos pero ya se sabe porque estaba vacio

Estuve en el local de la calle fruela en Oviedo (Asturias) pedí una promoción California a las 2/34 para comer en el local y a las 3 y 15 todavía no salió mi pedido, voy al chico del mostrador (solo había dos chicos el del mostrador y otro atendiendo) y dijo que a mi pedido Le faltaba un poco,espero y a las 3/40 pasa el chico por mi mesa y dice que si no me trajo el pedido y le dije que no y fue entonces cuando le dijo al compañero para sacarlo y finalmente me lo da. Considero que pa un local mediano deberían de tener como mínimo dos personas para llevar los pedidos a las mesas. Era mi primera vez y me hacía ilusión probar. Una vez y no más. No puedo valorar las hamburguesas y demás porque ya iba con prisa pues tenía que ir a un sitio

Carls jr Nyborg Møghamrende beskidte og klamme toiletter Venter for længe på et stak slatne kolde pomfritter En burger der er sjasket og kastet sammen med en møggreb Hvordan kan biksen ved transportcenter Horsens og Bilka odense være rigtig fine god mad rene og pæne steder. Og så her i Nyborg!! Ja man kunne ligeså godt sidde hjemme i møddingen og spise det lige ved at være bedre. Om ikke andet er det da varmt 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

I just really wanted to comment on the birthday gift that Carl’s Jr. gives out every birthday. It is one free item when you spend $15 that’s not a birthday gift if you gotta spend $15 just saying.

I used to like Carl's Jr double western bacon cheeseburger but here in Spokane the Carl's Jr I go to is cheating their customers on patty's. For the last four times I have gone there and ordered double western cheeseburger, and today I ordered the new double burger each time I only received one burger patty. Sounds like they're really trying to save money by ripping people off I won't be going back there's other places you can get a double burger.
