Still waiting on my aug 16th order it’s November and nothing , at first they were giving updates but I haven’t received a tracking number, they used the tariff excuse to delay the delivery and have since have not been responding to emails or calls I tried being understanding but seriously 2months?!?! Things on TikTok are arriving from china and all over the world and you can’t make it to the destination after 2 months after? Make it make sense!.

I placed an order on 08.16.25 and have not received the order. Excuse after excuse. Lies and Lies. This company should not be allowed to do online business with America. They are liars and scammers. You are giving your country a bad name. Kareem keep changing his story and when I ask for a refund because the order was never delivered he said 7-10 days I am in week 3 of waiting. America be WARNED DO NOT place an order. You will be disappointed and lied to and be scammed.

I would give caribshopper a NEGATIVE -100 review rate. They are the ones that give Trinidad a terrible name - so upsetting. My experience was utterly upsetting and they should cease operating. I placed an order with Caribshopper on August 28th and have yet to receive the items. This represents a substantial delay of over two months. When I contacted the company one month into the delay, the stated reason was "current US tariffs" stalling their shipments. Two months after the order date, the items still have not been delivered. The company's customer service has been unresponsive. I formally requested a refund a week ago and have received zero response or communication regarding the status of the refund. Verdict: Do NOT shop here. Caribshopper has demonstrated a fundamental failure in fulfillment and customer service. Potential customers should be aware that this appears to be a scam operation that takes payment but does not deliver goods or process refunds. DO NOT SHOP ON CARIBSHOPPER.COM! CARIBSHOPPER.COM IS A SCAM ONLINE COMPANY.

Ordered food August 20 2025 never got update per orders so I cancelled orders and was promised refund with 7-14 days. Written for status of refund told 7-14 days excluding weekend. Still waiting on my $89.00 refund it’s October 22, 2025 and Caribshoppers are ignoring my emails. My advice shop with caution with this site

To say this company has false advertising is an understatement!!! I ordered their products in July, I did NOT receive not 1 item from my order!!! We are now in September and I canceled the order and requested a refund of my nearly $200 over 2 weeks ago I still have not received it!!! I am beyond frustrated with this Caribshopper at this point and will NEVER again order not 1 item from this company!!!

Do not order from this place they sell spoiled and rotten food when you reach out to the customer service with pictures and proof that they have sold all rotten food. They tell you in the food just looks like that because of temperature changes when it is apparent that the food is old and rotten. Do not order from here you’re gonna risk your life

Ruined christmas with lies and no Tracking and no gifts before Christmas. Thanks alot for taking our money and leaving us with nothing but lies and excuses and out of stock items DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
