After placing my order I received great communication about my order status. Emails to keep me updated, and even a phone call from the team to fill me in on any potential delays. The order was accurate, packaged safely, and everything arrive in pristine condition so my family and I could enjoy the products.

Buying from Caribshopper was a great experience. I bought Jerk marinade, pickapeppa sauce, and curry powder. While every product was good, the curry powder was absolutely perfect for one of my favorite dishes. The delivery was prompt, and everything arrived well-packaged.

My initial order was delivered in a timely manner and I was kept informed throughout the delivery process. My second order took a little time but I was also kept informed and all of my orders were delivered. My experiences were good and I will definitely order from this company again.

This was my first time ordering from Carib Shopper and I have to say, my experience was excellent in no short part because of Kareen. She was there to help at every step from my first interaction with her over the phone to immediately replying to any email inquiries I had subsequently. During my initially shipping process there was a slight snafu with one of the items I ordered. But when I made it known to the team, they were quick to address it and shipped a replacement IMMEDIATELY. And, over the course of the shipping and delivery of the replacement item, they followed up at each step to keep me in the loop on how the reorder was progressing and when I could have expected it to be delivered.
