We regret that this private exchange escalated in the manner it did. Caribbean Flights provided the requested charter quotation together with clear information regarding aircraft availability, pricing, and the additional stop requested. Our team remained available to answer the subsequent questions regarding the proposed itinerary. The tone of the correspondence changed when our representative received a personally insulting and highly inappropriate message. We expect our team to treat every client with professionalism, and we equally expect our staff to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. That said, our representative should have ended the conversation at that point rather than responding further. We have addressed this internally. We remain fully committed to providing our clients with professional, transparent and courteous service throughout the charter process.
