1 year old baby he cannot sleep the whole night...my appointment 5:30 but staff call patients who arrive after me ...they do not care baby ....I am waiting 1 hour :15 mini ...waiting too long ...this is unfair ....carenow policy is first come first serve .....but staff call the patient who arrive after me

Long wait times. Slow registration and examinations. Poor facilities.

Arrived on my lunch break for an Xray of my hand. No other patients in the waiting room. I was told to use the kiosk, which I did complete very fast. While I was finishing up, a patient /customer walked up to the desk and the desk assistant helped her check in. She put that patient in front of me. I sat and waited 15 minutes while the patient told the desk attendant her life story. 10 minutes later, they called her in. I waited another 5 minutes and then my lunch break was over. I said, "please remove me from the line," and left. Now here is the reason I wrote this, THEY CHECKED ME IN AND COMPETED AN AFTER VISIT SUMMARY WHICH MEANS THEY ARE GOING TO ATTEMPT TO BILL FOR SERVICES WHICH IS BILLING FRAUD. I have to make complaints now at the state level . HCA who also billed me for an MRI a year ago THAT WAS NEVER DONE BECAUSE THEY SENT ME AWAY.

I chose CareNow because your website claims little to no wait time. However, this was completely inaccurate. I made an online reservation for a simple school athletic physical, yet still waited over an hour before being seen. This defeats the purpose of “saving a spot in line” and is very misleading to patients planning their time. Please either improve your scheduling system or be more transparent about actual wait times.

Beware of Extra Charges CareNow in Lakewood tried to tack on an extra $100 on top of my copay, claiming it was “to protect them in case my insurance didn’t pay.” That is not how copays work, and it felt like they were banking on patients not knowing better. This kind of billing practice is unacceptable. Patients deserve honesty and transparency—not made‑up fees.

I MADE 6 PHONE CALLS TO PAY MY BILL TO THE # 844-422-3627 ON THE STATEMENT. THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM IS LENGHTHY AND UNECESSARY BEING WHEN YOU FINALLY SPEAK WITH AN AGENT THEY ASK THE SAME QUESTIONS. ADDITONALLY THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO PROCESS ANY PAYMENTS, SHALA PUT ME ON HOLD BACK TO THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM, DORA PUT ME ON HOLD BACK TO THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM I CAN GO ON AND ON. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO PROCESS PAYMENTS. I FINALLY WENT ON THE WEBSITE TO PAY WHICH I THOUGHT IT WAS QUICKER TO SPEAK WITH A PERSON WHO WORKS FOR CARENOW BILLING. INCOMPETENCE!

We have used this location for more than a few years and our most recent visit they have charged us $300+ for a simple 5 minute office visit as if we were a "new patient" rather than their standard charge of $180. 6+ phone calls, 2 in person visits to the location AND a message (unreturned of course) left with their corporate "ethics officer" and still no resolution for us. Just horrible customer service and billing practices. Beware of these crooks!
