When I have problem regarding my care I can go to the Caregiver or Administrators and know they will listen and offer solutions. All persons at CareLinx are very kind. I am impressed with the fact that my Caregiver knows her responsibilities to me--she looks out for my safety and often anticipates what I need. She always operates in a very professional manner.

I have really been impressed with help and support from the care giver for my dear Friend. He hasn't had much contact with anyone but myself and his care giver hired though your service. I know he his very happy with the service that is provided and would highly recommend you to anyone in need of in home care.
