Carelinx has been wonderful in helping me find the right caregivers for my dad. Katie has been very responsive to our needs and always available with assistance.

We have been very pleased with our Carelinks experiences. Naturally, there were glitches, and they were handled quite well by our Carelinx coordinator. Sadly, we lost some of out allotted time when caregivers could not make the visit. These missed visits were added later, so we didn’t miss them completely. Most of our caregivers were happy to help, very efficient with their time, and friendly. We look forward to working with Carelinx again.

I have been most impressed. Good access to your staff, good follow up. Very good systems to pay caregivers. I did have a tough time finding a caregiver as I was looking for someone to work both days on the weekend. Finally found one and so far, she's working out well.

I use the clock-in and time sheet part to the app. It makes reviewing my pay very easy and timely.

Michelle is very good.

They are always there when I need to ask questions. Very prompt. My care giver is just unbelievable great.
