The site is easy to navigate, and the additional payroll & tax service is taking the worry out of having to learn the tax code and forms to correctly submit payroll taxes. There is a learning curve to knowing what to ask for in a job request, but the phone support from our case manager has helped with all of the details - even referring caregivers to us who live nearby and have the experience we are looking for.

The caregiver we found through Carelinx has been outstanding however the administration of her services has been clunky at best. The Carelinx portal is not intuitive & the Care Navigator assigned to our case was not very knowledgeable nor helpful

They were helpful in helping me find caregivers. However I felt I had to ask too many questions for clarification. One example was overtime. It was never mentioned until I brought it up.

I really like carelink as a whole I just had one experience that left me confused, the client I cared for was for a month and I had him for two days that's it.
