Im Not covid vacc...…
I have told Care advisors and others in Carelynx that I'm Not covid vacc and I keep getting clients that need someone vaccinated. Please look at my notes! I'm willing to wear mask while I work with clients. I love working for Carelynx and clients but they need to be aware of my profile. Thanks for your help..

Good work experience
CareLinx has been good to work with except my coordinator doesn’t always respond timely. She transitioned to a new role and I have a new coordinator so will see how she responds.

Hard to get in touch with someone when you try to contact the office. They take forever to call you back,

Slow coupling clients with providers.
Slow coupling clients with providers. When you apply for a job posting you never get any results. Messages left by phone to get a call back often do no good. No return call. Some representatives seem motivated, while others give the impression that they are just doing a job and do not really care about providing a services to people who qualify for them.

Communication is the key
The overall service us good. However I have had poor communication or no communication many times. They should offer extra hours to make up their mistakes.

I am still waiting for an aide.I have not had one for several months even though I have inquired about one.I still need one Please let me know if you have any one available for 8 hours per month..The last one was not available for reasons

Case managers not keeping in touch with workers!
I am disappointed when I call client case manager and left message that my call is not returned so as to work out a problem. I also asked that case managers read my profile so they will learn of what I can and cannot do to aid clients. I cannot drive so clients with transportation needs I will be unable to assist. With this being the case, case managers have no need in contacting me with jobs requiring transportation fo a client.

Overall it's not terrible
Overall it's not terrible, but they don't give any training or instructions on how to use the app or submit timesheets so luckily I was referred by a friend that was able to show me.
