It’s an ok company to work with
It’s an ok company to work with, would not recommend unless you want to wait 2weeks just to get a schedule confirmed. They are not professional and will not pay you the full amount that is why I quit(:

I've had very mixed feelings about the site. I've had a great deal of communication issues with some of the care givers on the site. I had a very good Navigator who really tried to find someone for me. I hired one care giver from this site who was quite good. We had a communication problem which led her to believe I had hired someone else because she couldn't work the days/hours I needed her. She left but did not respond to me no matter which medium I tried. My Navigator finally got in touch with the care giver and found out what happened. I thought I'd found another care giver and was arranging to interview her in person when she sent me a message that her dog had been severely injured in a fall and needed emergency surgery. Neither my Navigator or I heard from her again. Another care giver on the site was actually trying to get clients for another site. So one hit and a bunch of strike outs. Not what I was hoping for from the site.

Thank you for sharing your positive experience with your dedicated Care Navigator, we are so happy to hear that they were able to be a support system for you and your family. Caregivers are required to pass an extensive nationwide background check before getting hired by any of our clients. We appreciate your feedback as this helps us prevent further experiences with the caregivers that did not work out. We have new caregivers sign up each day and we would be happy to keep searching for the right caregiver for you and your family. Please contact us at [email protected], I would like to get our management team involved in helping you find the ideal caregiver.

We are sorry to hear you are not having the best experience. I see your account is currently placed on hold and to resume services come January. We would love to get our management team on the phone with you so we can understand how we can best serve you.

Two weeks to get paid was not pleased.

Trying to get someone on the weekend is a bust. When receiving messages they do not state were the job is located and you receive multiple messages for the same job. When something happens with a client you have to go through and report to several people instead of just one person to get the problem solved so you are repeating yourself several times. When old clients are looking for a new caregiver or a sub. the company does not check on your status unless the client ask. Clients are not billed when giving less then an hour notice when they do not need you.

It is an unusual system and doesn’t really give the ability to legitimize oneself or other caregivers.
