Carelinx and it's review.
I appreciate Carelinx in many ways, they can be reached fairly quickly, their quick direct deposit is very helpful, and the Carelinx platform is easy to navigate. I would appreciate a faster vetted process and response to the results. Communication is the key.

Call back, please
New user to CareLinx, initially it was easy to use. I had a question on hours and how to input, called and left messages with no response. Unfortunately, this led me to not report work hours completed in May until June.

For reference, the best number to contact for assistance with these matters is our dedicated team of Caregiver Support Specialists at: 855-231-4728 and our Payment Operations team for detailed invoice assistance at: 888-680 4107. Upon review of the family's account, there are a fixed amount of hours that can be utlized per month. This family has 8 hours provided by their insurance for payment on caregiving services. The invoice submitted was automatically declined because of an overage of hours (20) within one month's time. We will be glad to have a member of our Support team outreach you to assist with next steps and answer any remaining questions you have regarding the matter. We appreciate the opportunity to support you and look forward to continuing to do so in the future.

I feel the site is not really…
I feel the site is not really user-friendly. I have never had instructions as to how to navigate the site and at times it is frustrating.
