If you need help with a particular professional profile or personality you are trying to hire, be sure to take advantage of the CareLinx staff to assist in your search. And don't get upset with CareLinx if you don't get the right candidates: it's up to your to write an accurate, clear job description of your needs and set the right expectations going in. 3. The payroll and employer tax aspects were pretty seamless once set-up. However: While the tax reporting and management through a different third party were quite good and removed that headache, I felt that the CareLinx reporting itself could be improved. For example, I would've liked to be able to print out a report over a time period for each caregiver at the end of a year. Instead, I had to print out individual records or create my own report with Excel.

Some people call you to hire you then never follow up This is VERY rude, and inappropriate to that individual if they do want my services it's common courtesy to let that individual know they found someone else or what ever the issue is. Instead of leaving you in the blind after I have kindly given out my phone number not happy with this at all.

I can only say that CareLinx is as good as the individuals that provide the care giving. Although I have had some challenges with the caregiver, CareLinx has been very helpful and supportive in managing our concerns. Without their support our situation could have been extremely challenging.
