The staff members are amazing. They answer the phone calls with respect and patience. They make sure the caregiver is satisfied with whatever information they need.

I found Carelinx for my mother through United Healthcare and have been with them since 2022. This company has been wonderful, especially Haile and Melissa Stephens, our care coordinators. Melissa has just been the best through our ups and downs and trying to fix the issue with HWS taxes. She stayed with it until the issue was fixed. A BIG SHOUT OUT TO HER! Our caregivers were thoroughly screened and have been with us for 2 years now. We are completely happy with them!
