They gave me Days and cancel last minute I just don’t think it’s right I could have that other places another company when your days are said you should not be cancel

Carelinx need to understand that caregivers cannot travel for just 2 to 3 hours of work. If it will be 2 hours, then the rate should go up to factor in gas. Makes no sense to travel 1 hour to and from the location, only to work 2 to 3 hours. Waste of caregiver time. Also, I hope carelinx can provide some form of PPE for their caregivers, even if it is 10 masks a a month along with a cloth mask, it will be appreciated.

I am glad to get a job with your client so quickly. Working with the company online gave me instructions on how to handle details and that was was helpful.

It took a minute for me to start getting work because so many caregivers are applying for the same positions. once I started getting work and a m agent that I formed a relationship with, everything was fantastic. My concern is because I’m a person of color, the clients see my picture and judge me before reading my personal skills and work experience. I’m just expressing my feelings, I sometimes believe if I had not posted a picture of myself would I get more calls?

To earn that 5th star: The people monitoring the chat in the evenings need to be able to take action as opposed to just popping up with messages stating that they will pass on information or directions to articles. If the information was in the help articles, I wouldn't need to ask in the chat. OR Dispense completely with the "auto-answer" personnel (retask them somehow) and invest in some user-informed site development.

We are very pleased with the service we have received from Carelinx. The agents we have worked with, Stephanie Pierce and Jasmine Williams, have been extremely helpful and responsive to our needs. And for the most part, the quality of nurses aides that we have hired has been very good. Had a couple of nurses that were more interested in selling their business ware then care giving. But as mentioned our agents were very responsive to our concerns and made the necessary changes. The only critique, when caring for others sometimes it's easier to leave a voicemail for our agent then to have to text or email, and this was not easy to do. Would highly recommend Carelinx to others.

Our caregivers are wonderful. They have become family and are very responsive to our needs. Carelinx as an agency has great folks who help us and check on our girls periodically. The associated financial side, wherein we pay the girls and get tax records, is sometimes sticky but the Carelinx admin people have volunteered to act as go-betweens if we have any more issues. (Issues were not show stoppers, but hassles as we tried to get compiled data to help two of our girls apply for home loans.) If all we did was pay the girls and file tax returns there would be no problems at all. It is always the exception that messes with the rule.
