Carelinx is a great platform to work with clients. However, some of the care advisors are not. They don't know how to communicate with you the caregiver most of the time, don't return calls, and don't check to make sure everything is going well with the client. You're considered self employed, or the client is your employer. Care Advisor should have better knowledge of the client care or services they need and oftentimes won't. I have been blessed to have a good rapport with the families I care for and that's what matter the most...they're happy with the service I provide

The company overall is great. Meeting and providing service to individuals in their time of need is a passion. The flexibility and pay is great also. There are some issues with this company and some of the care advisors, but with that being said don’t get discouraged because everyone is not the same nor act the same and this company can keep you busy with great pay.

Everything was good except I could not log in to make payments.

Love the concept. * It's a great way to find a background-checked caregiver & to pay for services accurately. * Very much like the timesheet location information. * The fees are reasonable. We've been fortunate to find a good caregiver using CareLInx. However, the website design has some glitches. * when creating or editing a post, the line breaks are lost & everything runs together in one paragraph. * related to activating & de-activating posts - the process isn't clear. I had one post that I showed inactive but was showing active to the care advisor. * the interview feature is clunky. it isn't clear to the caregiver that they have to confirm in the app in order to start the interview. you can only have one caregiver and one care seeker on the phone. sometimes there are multiple family members involved who will make the decision about whether to proceed; it is not convenient to all be in one location & crowd around one laptop or phone. * I have attempted to browser for a caregiver & there aren't adequate filters (name, etc). * After hiring a caregiver, the employer no longer has direct access to the profile. It seems that your QA department should involve real people who have no experience with the system.

Camille Doctor is very responsive to changes or needs.

Carelinx staff are very responsive. However, l am concerned that my primary contact at Carelinx changes so frequently. The 2 caregivers we hired through your company were and are very good workers.

Each time l go to my care plan l mark what l am suppose to do, sometimes l can mark what l have done and other times l can’t. I need to know a better way to show that l have completed the task for the client.
