O responde call from urgent quits same times take 2 days to RESPOND,, not return calls to me, & reds to get better & complete infomation from Clients & families.

I like how to the agency manage the website, is easy to do and the communication with the team is good. Some jobs they suggest me is too far and not convenient for me. Thank you.

I love carelinx. I would love to take on more clients unfortunately there just aren’t enough days in the week. I had an incident where a client was racist to me and my supervisors immediately took action. I was reimbursed for my time and able to drop that specific client without penalty to me for walking off a job. With the racial tension in the world today I am grateful to work for a company that MEANS what they say about integrity and honoring their staff.

Sometimes the pay doesn't be on time, especially when you work on Thursday and Friday and Saturday it takes longer for pay.. otherwise there is no other complaints.

Good agency to work for. Always someone available to help out, and very supportive team. Make sure you get paid in timely manner.

Great app to connect Caregivers and Clients. Fantastic it is on the books.
