I recently had a hard time getting my phone messages returned. I had a fairly simple question that needed an answer.

I love carelinx, their app gives you access to the available care givers, and communicate with them.

I get confused about whether of not I'm supposed to contact my provider or contact CareLlinx about times I need her. I also don't kknow How I'm supposed to request additional time in the program.

Good service. Difficult to find qualified people in my area so their job is a challenge at times. Evette helped find someone to help me

I’ve had good luck with providers.

My caregiver is excellent. The app itself could use some updates. It would be helpful if you could add several shifts for the caregiver. Some questions I have when calling the helpline can’t be answered except by the main contact person.

The CareLinx representatives are great to work with. They are very receptive to calls and issues and respond quickly. The caregivers I’ve had had lots of room for improvement. They seem to do just enough to “get by” to say they worked but there’s nothing special.the In some instances, they lacked training in basic chores such as making a bed properly.
