Giving four star as communication and resolution to your requests from nurse managers and customer service are delayed most of the times. Pay rate could be better as there are agencies now who pay even more. Bonus are offered but not consistent despite having perfect attendance. Pay is on time, not unless you messed up with sending your timesheet. No health insurance, no PTOs, no sick leave since you're self employed and you do your own tax deductions as employers don't deduct it for you. What I like most is the flexibility of choosing my own shift and the facility I want to work with.

Overall the service provided by carelinx is good. The concern I have is on the approval process of invoices, sometimes the app. Won’t let me approve it.

They were slow to get started, but were responsive to issues after everything got rolling. They resolved all issues to my satisfaction in short order.

It looks like only five stars are accepted by you. In my opinion four is not bad at all. My worries are - if per week the Insurance company has to shell over $100 for four hours' Service and that too for one family, pretty soon they may decide to stop this benefit for the insured older generation and eventually we might be the losers in this game. I did not wish to expectorate my opinion, but since you forced me I am giving you my frank opinion as part of the survey.

Caregivers are hard to come by these days. CareLinx did their best trying to accommodate our needs but it was difficult. I had a couple of bad experiences when a caregiver informed me she would be leaving 2 hours before the shift was to end but she "found a friend that could cover the last 2 hours " REALLY ? Also had a caregiver call out sick with a 15 minute warning. Ugh. CareLinx made efforts to help us out.

Sumant has Dementia and no communication ability. Therefore he cannot do his survey. I am satisfied with service provided by CareLinx. Need more easy contact by phone when needed. The caregivers who have worked with us have always been frustrated having to answer so many questions every time they login for a client. Sometimes the questions range from 70 to over 100! This also takes their time from caring or attending their patients. The questions are based on patients’ care plan and for every item one has to click and go to next screen to answer detail questions. This is required for every session! Why can’t this be simplified and made less time consuming. My concern is that some one like my husband who is 92, very weak, suffering from dementia, wheelchair bound and requires continuous supervision is being neglected while the caregiver is so engrossed in reading, following, and answering all those questions. The caregivers are good caring workers and they have skills but NOT college degrees!

I am pleased to have this service provided. It’s just a real blessing.
