Greetings All, I am pleased with the Service Carelinx provides. I love the on boarding process. You have an opportunity to interview the person that is coming to your home, way in advance! You also get the profile, work strengths and so on. I also love the website because it is easy to navigate and it allows you to see the hours used, as well as the Remaining hours. Customer service was great too. My home assistant Anquinett is So Nice, very polished and punctual!! I would recommend the Service 10 out of 10! Sincerely, Ms Ruth

The services were easy to set up and the professionalism of the representatives that I've spoken with has been a welcomed experience. The assigned caregiver has been a Godsend, and I am forever grateful for this service. The online account management has been convenient and allows for effective invoice processing.

They were able to find a care giver that met my needs.

The enter action with the rep was good. The only problem is to return calls is not a good communication system. The have no extensions to return calls and many of times those who’ve tried to find rep was unable to see who contacted you.
