Sometimes, the app doesn’t work or can’t reload. Have to reboot the system to make it work.

What I like most about Carelinx is the speed at getting hired and getting paid. However, the most preferred two hour a week shifts that are not economically feasible when factoring the distance, time and money to commute to certain homes.

I think Carelinx is a great company to work for if you are wanting flexibility and independent worker. However it's hard at time to get someone at Carelinx on the phone.

They are Doing good they just need to have a little bit more communication With each other than that. I enjoy working for Carelinx

Is easy to get clients to work with I im just waiting for the clients that live close by.

6 months ago I signed up and searched caregivers in the area. I messaged dozens of caregivers, and none even replied. I asked for interviews thinking maybe they would respond then, but no. Finally we have gotten 1, and she’s great, but we have invested a lot of time and had to wait till she was off maternity leave. There should be a way to indicate if a caregiver is not accepting new clients or some way to show where they have openings in their schedule. It would be very helpful. Also if Carelinx removed inactive or duplicate caregiver listings.

My employment manager was very responsive and helpful.
