Unable to get ahold of anyone on off hours. People need care all hours of the day and night and elderly do not always have someone that can help them navigate the computer to find assistance last minute

Carelinx is good but they do not have enough jobs

Hi, I’ve had to call in every week for over a month to put in my experience. The response is always will I can do that for you. I wish I didn’t have to bother them if the problem could be fixed. Also, because I was not devised that my tax withholding was not being done. I now will not be any refund but pay in. Thank you

Not enough work. Lack of communication with leader and client

Jasmine doesn't follow through. I'm been waiting for u guys fix the time clock. It adds 9-15 minutes. The invoice is given after u pay bc which is wrong I want to ensure I stick to my budget. They took .15 more so I had to pay 2.25 more.

When the caregiver was here, she was very good in general. She is kind, loving and patient with our loved one. However, we hired her in Sept. and from that time until her last week before vacation in late December, she only worked two full weeks for us. She often let us know only an hour or so before her shift was to begin that she was not going to be able to come to our home. We understand the pandemic makes everything all the more challenging. We have spoken with our caregiver and hope for improved attendance and communication in 2021.

My Carelinx coordinator, Camille Doctor, has been excellent to work with. She has helped with several issues and always responds to questions quickly. However, I do not like being the employer of the caregivers who come to my house, as this means I am responsible for their taxes and withholding. Also, if one of the caregivers has a problem and cannot come Carelinx does not have a backup person to send.
